Signboards with luminous lettering are suitable for showcasing personality of the brand , they not only retain the light box effects but also free from being restricted by the frame. Currently, the commonly used luminous lettering are:
Front-lit lettering:
The side and back of the lettering adopt opaque materials, while the front adopts light-permeable creamy white acrylic. The color of the light will be changed by mounting colored light stickers.
Side-lit lettering:
It illuminates from the side of the lettering, with the creamy white acrylic placed on the back. There are several options on the texture of the surface such as metal and acrylic. The luminosity is relatively “solid” which is suitable for indoor and smaller-sized signboards.
Back-lit lettering:
There is a certain distance between the back-lit lettering and the wall. The LED light on the back is reflected to the bottom plate to bring out the shape of the lettering with a halo. The luminosity is relatively “scattered” which is suitable for outdoor and larger-sized signboards.
Imitated neon lettering:
It creates a unique environmental atmosphere, and most of this type has been replaced by LED imitated neon lights. It is flexible in shaping small fonts and linear patterns, and provides a variety of color options.
